Flying through a region or continents requires advance planning, including applying for overflight permits for each nation in advance. If you plan flying through the Morocco including Western Sahara, you will be required to get the overflight permit to do it.

Our prices are all-inclusive, so that there are no hidden charges. And only depending on the moment when the overflight request is initiated compared to the day of theflight.

We distinguish 3 options of prices :

Day-X OVF $40

This option concerns all the overflight requests sent to us at least flight date-1 ( before 13:00UTC on a business day) :

Example:

The OVF request sent on 10 JAN for a flight which should operate on 12 JAN is eligible.
Same thing for a flight scheduled for 11 JAN provided that the request should sent to us before 13:00 UTC
If it is not the case, the request is not eligible for this option, and will be considered as " D-day OVF ".

* Lead time delivery: At latest ETD-12H

D-day OVF $50

This option concerns all the overflight requests sent to us on the date of the flight or sent the day before after 13:00 UTC during on a business day .

Example:

1-The OVF request sent on 11 JAN at 15:00 UTC for a flight which should operate on 12 JAN is eligible and considered as " D-day OVF ".
2-The OVF request sent on 12 JAN at 06:00 UTC ( before 10:00 UTC ) for a flight which should operate on 12 JAN / EDT= from 13:00 UTC is eligible and considered as " D-day OVF ".
3-Same thing for OVF request sent on 12 JAN at 12:00 UTC ( before 13:00 UTC ) for a flight which should operate on 12 JAN / EDT= from 18:00 UTC is eligible and considered as " D-day OVF ".
If it is not the case, the request is not eligible for this option, and will be considered as " Out-Hours OVF ".

* Lead time delivery: At latest ETD-2H

Out-Hours OVF $80

This option concerns all the overflight requests sent outside the opening hours for flights operating on the coming hours or days .

Example:

1-The OVF request sent on 11 JAN at 15:00 UTC ( after 13:00 UTC ) for a flight which should operate on 11 JAN / EDT = from 18:00 UTC is eligible and considered as " Out-Hours OVF ".
2-The OVF request sent on 12 JAN at 15:00 UTC ( after 13:00 UTC ) for a flight which should operate on 12 JAN / EDT= from 18:00 UTC is eligible and considered as " Out-Hours OVF ".
3-The OVF request sent on SATURDAY or SUNDAY or FRIDAY after 13:00 UTC for a flight which should operate on (FRIDAY / EDT= from 18:00 UTC) or SATURDAY or SUNDAY is considered as " Out-Hours OVF ".

* Lead time delivery: At latest ETD-2H

The opening hours of MCAA office is from 09:00 to 15:00 UTC from Monday to friday
